In the article the questions are considered connected with the influence of globalism and multiculturalism on the development of education. In the center of attention of the authors are such problems as definition of the concept of globalization, development of interdisciplinary research in this area, interrelation of culture of multidimensional world and education. A special attention is given to the problem of the multi-paradigm character of education in modern conditions as a methodological basis of studying those transformations to which the world educational space is exposed today.

Globalization is an objective natural process based on the fourth wave of scientific and technological revolution in which the contradiction between the public nature of manufacturing and the domination of the private form of appropriation has become extreme. The planetary society has arrived near a bifurcation point when its self-destruction and transition to a higher level of self-organization are equally probable. The author, applying the method of paradigmal analysis developed by him, reveals the potential possibilities of education systems to be a factor of humanization and democratization of the processes of globalization. Nowadays, the education transition from the traditional paradigm to a new continuous-integrated paradigm is an objective necessity.

The focus of the present paper is transformation of the object field in contemporary pedagogics. Currently, the following main channels, through which such transformation is realized, are actively functioning: the phenomenon of education itself; the social and cultural factors determining a general crisis in education; integration processes in contemporary research studies; integration of philosophic and non-philosophic knowledge; interconnection of humanities and sciences. The author analyses the necessity and possibility of transformation of the object field in pedagogics, highlights the arising issues, and determines the risks of such transformation.

The author analyzes the system foundations of the quality of national higher education in the globalizing world. The article shows that there are external and internal criteria of the quality of higher education, formulates the fundamental postulates of the quality of higher education based on a systematic approach in shaping the quality of domestic higher education, discloses the negative consequences of the impact of globalization on the quality of national higher education. Thus, the following statement is substantiated: it makes no sense to consider the quality of higher education in the society of knowledge without taking into account political and ideological orientations.

The interconnection between philosophy and the theory of education is necessary for both philosophy and the theory and practice of education. The functions of philosophy in the analysis of an education system are manifested in the development of general principles and ways of scientific knowledge; they allow understanding the specificity of formation of the theory of education. What are the topical aspects of interrelation between the theory of education and philosophy? In the article the functions of philosophy for the all-round analysis of global questions of the Russian education are considered.

There are studied the problems of the university educational practiceand reproduction of the elite selection in modern university on the basis of comparative analysis of higher education systems using the example of the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and the elite technical education at the National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University (TPU).

Thus, the authors substantiate the content and essence of upbringing process in its close connection with education, this connection being a paradigm of modern education.

Such formulation of the problem allowsconsideringmotivation as a core quality of innovative activity of students oriented to mastering a profession,in the process of organization of domestic educational space in the conditions of globalization.

The paper analyzes the challenges and benefits of part-time and full-time professional training of students, the expediency of modernization of distance learning rather than abandoning it, as it has an importantsocial function: to promoteaccessto higher educationto the populationwith average incomes, those livingin remote provinces. The introduction of educational information technology, high-quality education in the practice of distance learning will facilitate the optimal combination of high-quality education with it sefficiency and availability.

The competent educational policy of the state is needed for the innovative progress of the country. Modernization of our education system is being held back bythe imperfection of the legal regulating documents. The development of the legal framework that meets the changing needs of the society will lead to the creation of modern education system and effective management of the knowledge development on the basisof research centers, national research universities and techno-parks.

In the article the author describes a technology of the professional mobility development in the non-governmental higher education institution. The author analyzes various approaches to the definition of «technology» and gives her own definition. A step-by-step algorithm is presented of the development of professional mobility in the non-governmental higher education institution.

There is considered the question of the quality of modern Russian education. The author reveals the fact that this quality depends not on the system of education itself but mainly on the State’s needs in education.

The goal of this article is to demonstrate the use of business reputation of students and teachers in the educational process. The formation and development of the business reputation of participants of the educational process should be seen as an innovative method of increasing the efficiency of vocational education. In the condition of the challenges of the present, the value of high business reputation as an element of human capital is rising sharply. The authors suggest ways of using business reputation in the modernization of the education system.

The professional reputation in the academic environment is impossible today without theproper level of mastering the terminological competence in that area of science where the scientist works. The importance of this aspect is due not only to the scientific necessity, but also to the necessity of increasingthe level of communicative skills of young scientists in the conditions of globalization of education and widening the boundaries of modern educational space. In the article,the terminological competence is considered both from the methodological and the didactic positions. Concrete recommendations on its formation by the post-graduate students and the Master Degree students are given.

In the Russian state-political tradition, people has never acted in the role of a sovereign, establishing the rules, norms and principles of the state structure, and also in the role of the source of the law; as a matter of fact, such roles have always been performed by the state. It is shown in the article that this circumstance cardinally distinguishes the Russian mentality, emphasizes the specificity of socio-cultural characteristics of the Russian society at any stage of its historical development as different from the Western tradition.

The article considers the experience of the Tomsk Institute of Personnel Retraining and Agribusiness in the personnel support of the development and implementation of the goal-oriented programs on the example of development of personal subsidiary farms as a factor in the transition to the sustainable rural development. To this end, the learning process is structured on the basis of expert-analytic work, lectures and consultingactivities, socio-designing work. There is shown a positive result of the progress of personal subsidiary farms in the Kozhevnikovskii district of the Tomsk region.

The Internet as a universal means of communication has ample opportunities in communication, education, and entertainment. Self-descriptiveness, openness, anonymity of the Internet, psychologically comfortable condition in the process of communication attract teenagers. Informative and communicative environment fosters the origination of a special subculture,cyberculture. In the article it is shown that the cyber subculture is a peculiar spiritual sphere of different communities, which have their own values and antivalues. An overview of foreign and domestic research projects concerning the influence of the violent computer games on children’s and teenagers’ behavior is given in the article. The studies in this sphere, different approaches and theories, contemporary data are revealed. The attention is paid to the investigation of media habits of the gamers who play violent computer games and their direct influence upon the manifestation of aggression in real life including personal traits. The results of the research on the level of students’ enthusiasm for the role-playing games are represented (on the base of the Novosibirsk State Agrarian University). In spite of many advantages, the Internet is a catalyst for many negative phenomena, such as internet addiction, escapism, virtualization of communication, information terrorism, the social danger of which is recognized by the governmentsof many countries. One of the main problems for the states in the XXI century is the absence of control over the Internet.

This paper describes a possibility of using the Internet resources for the development of economicculture of the studentsin the studying various typesofeeconomy. There is described the contentof the pedagogical supportof this processby meansof educational and extracurricular activities.

In the article the features are considered of the formation of the attitude of graduates of the Department of State and Municipal Government to the world around and their adaptation in the conditions of Russia’sentering WTO, their adaptation to the cardinally changed purposes and tasks of the education system, the changed categories of consumers and the content of needs. Nowadays, the research of pedagogical foundations of the purpose-oriented somatic upbringing in the process of professional training and advanced training still has a fragmental character. The conceptual systematic scientific research devoted to the development of somatic culture and to studying the somatic youth upbringing as a holistic pedagogical phenomenon in the context of professional didactics is practically absent. Some trends of the problem situation have been the subject of quite a large amount of scientific research for the last decades. Its importance as a symbolic means of culture is analyzed through the prism of theater. A special attention is given to the art of pantomime.

The article reveals the prospects of effective application of the learning technology of legal clinic in the formation of the professional competence of law students.
