Abstract
In the article there is carried out analysis and construction of scientificallysubstantiated proposals and recommendations for the development of the educational cluster. The cluster’sstructure, the directions of its development, the primary goals of the regional investment policy in the cluster’s development, and the basic indicators of realization of the cluster project are considered.
