Abstract
This article discusses how to conduct foresight type of social engineering. Introduces the distinction between Foresight as forecast and Foresight as social engineering. The practice of forecasting wild cards (jokers) - the so-called unpredictable, but the case of events that break the habitual and the predicted course of development. Introduced jokers idea of two classes: class, destructive trend, and class, creating a new trend.
