Abstract
Imperative need for monitoring of qualitative parameters of administering sub-departments is justified. The form of intramural model of efficiency of processes of administering sub-departments, proving their ranking by levels of importance, delegated authority and responsibility, is suggested for systematization of results. The ranking score method of administering sub-departments by list of normative and local and target values is presented. Practical aspects of development and implementation of the stated model are illustrated by the model example.
