Abstract
Informatization of the society has led to some important changes in the information environment and the learner. In reality, a new education is emerging. It is developing rapidly and is poorly predictable. This is a basis for understanding of the regularities, well-known in pedagogy, which determine the effectiveness of the educational process. The purpose of education is being changed together with its content and the didactic principles. The authors examine each didactic position separately, with the analysis of its status in the new conditions of multimedia education. A conclusion from this analysis is the need of scientific and methodological development of a new vision of didactics and its realization by the teachers.
