Abstract
In the article there are analyzed the social phenomena, whose structure and content are undergoing significant changes due to the mass adoption of electronic communications: the Internet, cellular systems, geopositioning and various software products, which realize the possibilities of these technical systems for a variety of human needs. It is concluded that there takes place a qualitative change of the specifics of the customary social phenomena. On one hand, it is required to understand this qualitative specificity, on the other hand, to interpret them in terms of the well-known concept of social ontology.
