Abstract
In the article, the philosophical aspects of modern development of intellectual culture are considered. It is indicated that, in modern society, there takes place rather intensively the process of intellectualization of work, changing the social role and functions of education in its development. In the present social and cultural situations, education has a greater responsibility. The meanings and priorities of educational policy of Russia, the philosophical bases of new educational concepts can really predetermine the prospects of development of intellectual culture of modern and future generations.
