Abstract
The article analyses the pedagogic engineering of the student development through the prism of anthropocentrism, synergetics and humanism. Actualization of the philosophic ideas in consideration of a given pedagogic event allows to emphasize the basic requirements to arrangement of pedagogic participation in the professional development of the secondary school student and to construct a strategy of transforming actions.
