The authors show that in the minds of Russian youth there dominates a different hierarchy of the personal qualities of the elite as compared to the traditional (imperative) version. Using a survey, there is identified the constellation of the elite qualities in the students and graduate students of the institutions of higher education, in the representatives of the «acting» elite. In the article,a possibility is substantiated of expanding the human potential, the formation of the subjective and personal qualities which satisfy the needs of time. The study results serve to select the appropriate ways of recruiting elite in Russia, establishing a new system of nominating the best people for the development of educational programs, psychological and pedagogical techniques to identify and initiate the personal and subjective activity, educational self-aggrandizement, in view of Russian social-psychological characteristics and behavioral peculiarities.

In the article, there are shown different types of educational systems: the integral civil ones and the polarized elite-mass ones, which essentially differ by their content and essence. The anthropological approach to education is applied, because education is inherently anthropocentric. However, the person appears differently in the different types of educational systems. There are being formed in education polar paradigms of anthropoholismand anthropopartialism. The competence-based approach represents the paradigm of anthropopartialism, it is based on the liberal-market economic determinism and leads to destruction of the integral system of domestic vocational training.

The article is devoted to the critical analysis of the philosophical and world outlook foundations of the creative works of Dostoevsky and Tolstoy. The purpose of the analysis is the development of possibilities of the paradigmatic analysis, allowing considering the philosophical ideas in their unity with the artistic, philosophical, and ideological context of the epoch. The author, turning to the Living Life work by the known Russian writer V. V. Veresaev, shows that the latter represents an integral realization of the non-classical anti-metaphysical ontology. At the same time, it brings attention to the question about the connection between the ontology and the world outlook dispositions of the considered writers. These and other features of work allow, according to the author, to consider it as a possible introduction into the history of philosophical thought of the end of XIX - the beginning of the XX century.

The purpose of the article is to study the possibilities of convergence of the religious and scientific world views in the process of teaching and upbringing the growing-up generation. The author proposes to investigate this question from the positions of social philosophy, analyzing the process of the evolution of the system of socialization from the point of view of the dialectical law of negating the negation, separating the pre-industrial and industrial systems of socialization as dialectical oppositions which change one another.
