Abstract
Traditionally in philosophy experiment is characterized as the category that settles integrity and universality of the human activities, as the unity of knowledge, skill, sense of will, mechanism of social, historical and cultural inheritance. In this article we consider the category of teachers personal experiment in context of different of philosophical tendencies and direcctions, give the determination of teachers personal experiment, define the maintenance and peculiarities of their development, define conditions of forming, sources of development, describe the primary characteristics.
