Abstract
In the article, there is considered the problem of training of the qualified personnel and the middle level specialists in the conditions of labor market and the production growth, the formation of modern numerous middle class as a foundation of social stability. There are substantiated the topical directions of innovative development of the Yakutsk agricultural technical school: modernization of educational activities, informatization of education, development of research activities, spiritual and physical development of students, strengthening of the material technical base, improvement of the list of the trainees specialties.
