Abstract
The content of the article is aimed at apprehension of the possibilities of social capital as a resource for parties to conflict. The study reveals modern specifics of the content of social capital, stipulated by intensive development of information technologies and consolidation of the role of social media in system of social relations. Significance of social ties and quality of their possibilities for provision of assistance to parties to conflict situation are noted. Special characteristics of the content of social capital, influencing conflict management process, are revealed.
