																					 Abstract 
								The article explores the role of agricultural staff in the aspect of import substitution. The article mentions strict requirements to the chiefs and personnel employed in agribusiness. These requirements assume agribusiness specialists’ high qualification and a special type of mind. There is a relation between production efficiency and personnel qualification, which depends on lifelong learning.
