Abstract
The article considers the process of synthesis of corporate education, consisting of a complex of enterprises, established as a result of processes of reconstruction of large enterprise entities with remaining strong engineering infrastructure and territory. The basic condition - single engineering infrastructure predetermines the necessity of joint activity, which success is possible in conditions of the coordinated control concept. The basis of the concept is the mechanism of coordination of economic interests of the center and enterprises of a small industrial group, it defines the activity plan, beneficial to the system in general and its elements.
