Abstract
The South Korean experience of the organization of small business in microelectronics is given, the control system of productions of release of printing panels is shown. The difference of the author’s concept is that in the Russian electronics, the cooperative relations of world corpora-tions and Russian enterprises of small business can be a subject of the organization of business activity. Such approach allows to accelerate processes of modernization of national economy.
