Abstract
The article considers features of interacting processes in the «resources - production - consumption» logistic system, issues of functioning and interactions of system elements are defined, the necessity for study of system elements in strong interrelation is proved. Main strategic directions for the development of touristic organization in the context of the «resources - production - consumption» system development are suggested.
