Abstract
This article analyzes the possible negative anthropogenic impact on state of surface waters in the region and the choice of ways to prevent it. For this purpose an attempt is made to include the general problem of optimization of the spatial structure of the economy of the region block of conditions for protection of water resources. The author gives the economic and mathematical notation appropriate conditions. The interpretation of these conditions is given, as well as the possibility of their use for the analysis of the influence of anthropogenic activities on water environment are evaluated. Great attention is paid to region from the standpoint of the impact of the prospects for the development of production on the water environment. It is given the characteristic of the present stage of its development, and considered the strategic aspects of its further formation.
