Abstract
In article on the basis of the log-linear analysis of tables of an associativity per-centage dependence of an assessment of personnel capacity of university on a scientific degree, age and a sex of teachers is defined. Distinctions in an assessment of personnel potential proceeding from the presented characteristics of teachers are revealed.
