Abstract
Economic growth rates in Siberia and its regions depend on the level of labor force use. Existing demographic and socio-economic issues don’t make it possible to improve qualitative and quantitative characteristics of labor force significantly. Complex assessment via use of integral indicators will make it possible to carry out constant monitoring and diagnostics of regional factors and conditions of forming and use of labor force. The obtained integral indicator of complex assessment makes it possible to estimate efficiency of use of labor force in the region, as well as map out reserves for improvement of its forming and use.
