In the article results of the theoretical analysis of a problem of preparation of the innovative staff in the higher school are generalized. It is marked, that that education in modern economic development should define a level and growth of creative potential of development of a society. It is marked also, that education should be perspective, constructed on understanding of the future natural development of economy and a society. Innovative education is possible only as a result of the whole complex of transformations. First of all, it is necessary to generate the expert prepared for intellectual creativity, capable to a combination of research, design and enterprise activity.
