Abstract
The article reveals the prospects of effective application of the learning technology of legal clinic in the formation of the professional competence of law students. The author explores the educational technologies that are used in reforming education in Russia, and especially their use in accordance with the trend of introducing the competence approachinto the educational process. The article also explores the impact of technological socialization vector for the implementation of the Federal State Educational Standards of higher education of the third generation, in the direction of education of law students.
