Abstract
The article considers the experience of the Tomsk Institute of Personnel Retraining and Agribusiness in the personnel support of the development and implementation of the goal-oriented programs on the example of development of personal subsidiary farms as a factor in the transition to the sustainable rural development. To this end, the learning process is structured on the basis of expert-analytic work, lectures and consultingactivities, socio-designing work. There is shown a positive result of the progress of personal subsidiary farms in the Kozhevnikovskii district of the Tomsk region.
