Abstract
The goal of this article is to demonstrate the use of business reputation of students and teachers in the educational process. The formation and development of the business reputation of participants of the educational process should be seen as an innovative method of increasing the efficiency of vocational education. In the condition of the challenges of the present, the value of high business reputation as an element of human capital is rising sharply. The authors suggest ways of using business reputation in the modernization of the education system.
