Abstract
There is considered in the article the problem of development of the pedagogical technologies of enriching the individual experience of students on the basis of revealing various interpretations of the notion of “pedagogical technology”, its forms, structural components, indications and classifications of pedagogical technologies. The socialeconomicrequirements of the society, general directions of pedagogy in the XXI century, social demands to school, manifold approaches to the definition of “personality” are reflected upon. An author’s definition of the notion of “personality” is suggested. It is substantiated that individual experience is a condition for manifestation and realization of individuality; a solution is proposed to the problem of development of the pedagogical technologies of enriching students’ individual experience.
