Abstract
This work is devoted to studying the problem of interrelation between the stylistic characteristics of activity, such as cognitive styles, and the features of personal selfrealization. The author investigates several groups of people with various cognitive styles in the relation with their personal characteristics reflecting the features of selfrealization. The author propounds descriptions of the self-realization features of people with different cognitive styles.
