Abstract
In the article, the concrete experience of one of the leading Russian higher education institutions (The Higher School of Economics) is analyzed. The author analyses the control of the educational process organizationusing the help of an Internet-service. This Internet-service The Button of Expressing is constantly supporting the feedback between the students and the chiefs of the divisions of thishigher education institution. The analysis of this concrete experience shows that this method promotes increasing efficiency of organization of the educational process, but it only works under two conditions: 1. domination of the democratic culture of mutual relations in the higher education institution, 2. active attention of the management to this method of control.
