Abstract
The article describes the formation of the information technology competence of future teachers in the conditions of correspondence and distance learning. The urgency of developing this technology is indicated. The purpose of the article is to understand the conditions, means, methods and forms of organization of educational process, through application of which by the students the transition to a higher level of formation of the information competence may be realized more effectively.
