The essence of the object of education is knowledge, and the cultural world of education is the following system: the cultural world of the person + culture of education + educational culture. The meaning of the education modernization is in actualization of the potential opportunities G of knowledge up to its truthfulness, including the science A, educational processes B, and upbringing N of the cultural person.
