Abstract
In the article, there are shown different types of educational systems: the integral civil ones and the polarized elite-mass ones, which essentially differ by their content and essence. The anthropological approach to education is applied, because education is inherently anthropocentric. However, the person appears differently in the different types of educational systems. There are being formed in education polar paradigms of anthropoholismand anthropopartialism. The competence-based approach represents the paradigm of anthropopartialism, it is based on the liberal-market economic determinism and leads to destruction of the integral system of domestic vocational training.
