Abstract
Based on the philosophy of education, there is presented in the article an analysis of intrinsic characteristics of professional educational standards (including the Federal State Educational Standards (FSES-3)) from the positions of opportunity of socialization of the person and the completeness of human existence. It is shown that the competence approach in professional and educational standardization according to Western examples forms not the personality but the labor force on the labor market possessing a set of competences. As a result, there disappear the completeness and prospects of human existence; there takes place deconstruction of personal qualities, world outlooks, the meaning-of-life reference points of the countrys youth.
