Abstract
The article explores legal culture as being a condition for personality formation in the context of transfer to the VI technological mode. The author sees interaction between education and law as officially regulation of the social institutes. Therefore, legal refinement as an indicator of personal legal culture does not correspond to the requirements of the VI technological mode.
