One of the major factors promoting the active selfdeveloping of the person is the presence of a healthy ‘bodily’ state of the person and the inseparable interconnection between body and spirit. The main factor of being well educated is the knowledge of one’s own physicality, the ability to influence it and to manage the somatic psychological technologies of physical condition regulation, as well as the knowledge of reconstructive and prophylactic technologies in the field of health preservation.
