Abstract
The article considers the philosophical basis of the following components: personality-related, motivational, activity-related, processing, cognitive, and self-development components. The pattern components are revealed through philosophical perception of the following concepts: human being, personality, personal freedom, morality, responsibility, conscience, communication, experience, self-development, cognition, motivation. As the basic philosophical ideas for our reasoning about the pattern components, we considered the ideas of the German classic philosophy (E. Kant), anthropology (L. Feuerbach), life philosophy (F. Nietzsche, S. Kierkegaard), existentialism (J.P. Sartre, K. Jaspers, M. Heidegger, M. Buber et al.), and personalism (N. Berdyaev, L. Shestov, N. Losskiy).
