Species diversity of lichen biota of Tuva situated on the south of the Middle Siberia was studied. As result of the
generalization of the whole lichenologic information on this Republic the extent of species diversity currently
comprising 1325 species, 266 genera and 82 families has been determined.

Flora of lichens was studied in Kemerovo. 175 species from 32 familia and 64 genera are found. Two species are reported for the fi rst time in West Siberia.

Th e results of detailed SEM study of mericarp morphology and surface of 7 species of the sections Leptogalium, Trachygalium and Depauperata îf the genus Galium (Rubiaceae) are presented. Th ree types of the mericarp surface: nipple-shaped, netted, hooked-netted have been singled out. It was concluded that characters of fruit morphology are able to use for elucidation of the relationships in the genus Galium.

Abstract >>
Th e results of a taxonomic revision of the genus Salix, subgenus Chamaetia in the Asian Russia are presented. It has been established that the subgenus Chamaetia is represented in the fl ora of Asiatic Russia by 43 species belonging to 5 sections, 12 subsections, and 6 series. Th e characters that are of taxonomic signifi cance at the level of sections, subsections, series have been proposed. 5 subsections and 1 series have been described for the fi rst time.

Morphological characters of the erems, pubescence of the leaves and calyx show close relationship of endemic species from Baikal Siberia Mertensia serrulata to northamerican species M. ciliata.

The system and conspectus of the subgenus Pseudohackelia species of the genus Eritrichium (tribe Eritrichieae, Boraginaceae) are presented. The conspectus includes 35 species. Information about nomenclature and typifi cation, data on ecology and geographical distribution, comments and fi gures, as well as the key for determination of all taxons are given. New combination Hackelia sessilifructa is off ered in result of taxonomical revision. Variation Eritrichium fetisowii var. minor is described, holotypes of 4 species are established and shared out, lectotypes for Eritrichium latifolium, E. fetisowii var. minor are chosen. Isotypes for E. relictum, E. pseudostrictum, E. turkestanicum are established and shared out. Areals of the most of species have been clarifi ed.

Th e intrazonal vegetation in a northwest part of Plateau of Putorana is presented by 4 classes, 5 associations and 2 subassociations. In class Mulgedio-Aconitetea 2 associations and 2 subassociations are allocated. On one association include classes Carici rupestris-Kobresietea bellardii (Dryado octopetalae-Caricetum sabynensis), Salicetea herbaceae (Salici reticulatae-Caricetum parallelae) and Th laspietea rotundifolii (Lagoto glaucae-Allietum schoenoprasi). Intrazonal and zonal plant communities refl ect transitive character of vegetation between zone tundra and zone forest.

In Far East region of Russia viruses Cucumber mosaic virus genus Cucumovirus family Bromoviridae and Dahlia mosaic virus genus Caulimovirus family Caulimoviridae are found, as it is shown by long-term research. Cucumber mosaic virus is most common virus on Dahlia. New Dahlia mild green mottle virus genus Potyvirus family Potyviridae is identifi ed for genus Dahlia Cav.
