Abstract
The article considers the issues of influence of bulk information on man. The definition of bulk information is given. It is shown that bulk information is a context of the information environment, representing the prevailing information. Five features of bulk information are revealed. Relation between type of state and homogeneity of bulk information is shown. The influence of bulk information on human is proved. Four types of information environment are revealed. It is shown that the influence can be positive or negative depending on the nature of bulk information. The main factors of influence of bulk information on man are presented.
