Abstract
The article examines the possibilities of developing and monitoring key process indicators within the process approach in a commercial bank. The basic concept of the process approach is studied. The procedure of identifying key indicators of processes based on which shall be based assessment processes is described. The basic approaches to group processes according to their priority, quality, efficiency and risk are provided.
