Abstract
The article dwells upon methodological aspects of developing the reflexive management control in socio-economic environments as a priority-oriented process toward the business-situation and problem situation and making the decision system´s. Constructed structure of interpreting function and identified one’s task, describe connection between the instruments of cognitive and interpreting functions. Generalized class’s models of making the decision in business. Model classes in interpreting function are systematisered.
