Abstract
The article is devoted to the formation of the IT infrastructure of the university. The development strategy of the IT infrastructure is presented as part of the overall IT strategy that focuses on effective information support core business processes of the University by processing of various information resources. Formulated requirements to its IT infrastructure, relevant Smart-society ideas. Describes the major components and discusses the idea of advancing the development of the IT infrastructure.
