Abstract
The structure of forming of the personal incomes is considered as hierarchical education, including totality of elements and functions, accomplished under influence of factors and institutes of society. The stages formative the vertical structure of process of forming of the personal incomes as a secondary subsystem of global frame of society are distinguished. The theoretical justification of the features of the object in terms of socio-economic transformation is given and the trends that influence the formation of personal income are described. The real trends of the transformational process are showing.
