Abstract
The present paper contains an analysis of modern forms of interaction between companies and employees, customers and public. It is demonstrated that quasi-internalization and quasi-externalization also apply to company’s cooperation with physical persons. A part of these persons are in transition between internal and external environment. This category of persons can be considered as company’s ecosystem
