Abstract
The factors of education and upbringing of the disabled person are investigated. Their influence upon the psychological status of the disabled individual or the small group of disabled persons is assessed. For the first time, we investigate in the psychological-social aspect the possibility of influence of the factor of education and the effect of education and upbringing of the disabled persons upon the formation of law consciousness and rejection of suicide, upon formation of the positive life orientations, positive changes of the system of values, upon the formation of life perspectives and new significant life goals. The potentialities related to the development of the spiritual potential and to the personality formation of the disabled persons are analyzed.
