Abstract
The article is devoted to the description of the experience of training specialists at the Siberian Academy of Public Administration at the Department of State and Municipal Management through academic and extra-curricular work with the students. The purpose of the article is to understand the principles, approaches and methods in the training of modern innovative personnel for the region and city of Novosibirsk. There is presented an efficient, from the point of view of the author, technology of engagement of the students into the activity of realization of social projects during the studying of special academic disciplines.
