Abstract
There is presented a conceptual model of qualimetric monitoring in education, which was developed taking into account the requirements of system theory, didactics, qualimetry, and pedagogical cybernetics. There is justified the selection of concepts such as the system of key competencies of the educational institution graduate and the system of core competencies of the educational institution; the characteristics of the tools of their evaluation are shown.
