In article examined problems of scientific research of a phenomenon of the childhood. Specificity of the childhood of the person demands philosophical development of the methodological bases of its research.

The article considers the modern approaches to motivation the personnel performance taking into account personnel's innovative activity. The foreign and Russian experience in this area is compared. A special attention is paid to the necessity of formation of the intellectual potential of the labor resources (personnel) which depends on personnel's adequate labor remuneration, education, qualification, and creative contribution. These factors allow designing conditions which can foster the personnel development, reveal intellectual and creative abilities of the personnel.

The aim of the article is to determine the role of methodological traditions in economics determining the content of educational process in the economic disciplines. Studying of this question is realized with the help of the example of philosophic-methodological analysis of the category of value.
