Abstract
Results of observations of body mass changes of Daurian souslik of various age groups during the second half of hibernation are presented, peculiarities of the animals" behavior during hibernation , changes of body temperature depending on environmental conditions are described. The intensity of expenditure of fat reserves per day and the time of hibernation depending on air temperature changes are described.
