The article examines the process of the legal culture formation among the preschool educators in contemporary Russia. The article reveals the present contradictions in the legal culture of preschool education through the analysis of theory and practice.
In this article, we have presented an informational thermodynamic method of the intellectual resources control. We have suggested an analytical formula for the conditional entropy which allows determining the stable trends of the educational system development. By using the suggested method we have received correlation connections between the density of the intellectual resources and living standards of population in the region of Volga River.
The transfer of the message is possible only using symbols. At that, the information should be coded by the sender; i.e., expressed by means of symbols (most often, language signs), and then deciphered by the addressee.

There is presented in the article the development of a "Narcissistic personality traits" questionnaire and the results of its adaptation and standardization. It is shown that the statements of the questionnaire possess sufficient discriminative capability; the scales are coordinated and reliable. It is concluded that the questionnaire is a reliable instrument for evaluation of the narcissistic traits of personality which are available for self-observation and the questionnaire can be used in the experimental studies and also in clinical practice for systematization of observations and keeping unified documentation.

In the article, the author considers the social-philosophic aspect of educational work at modern university while using the distant technologies. The active inculcation of distant education into educational practice has not only advantages but also some disadvantages. For example, there are some problems of upbringing in distant education. The theses stated in the article testify about the importance and necessity of using upbringing potential in distant education. According to the goals and tasks of the institution oh higher education, it is necessary, while using the distant technologies, to train not just a usual specialist but a person capable of working in different spheres of activity. Such specialist must be able to make decisions in political, moral, and aesthetic areas.
