Abstract
The [2+2]-cycloaddition reaction of N-vinylcaprolactam with 3-chlorophenylcyanate yielding 1-(3-chlorophenyl)-4-[1Н-perhydroazepinone-2]-azetidinone-2 is studied. The structure of the obtained compound is determined by single crystal XRD.
