Abstract
The paper introduces for scientific use The Integrated Program for the Economically Weak Farms Development in the Novosibirsk Region for the Years 1989-1993 which was made as a typical agricultural development program adopted in the 1980s. In the article preceding the text of the document the authors evaluate the socio-economic context of its adoption, analyze the contents of the Program, and describe the course and results of its realization.
