Abstract
The article written on the paperwork and documents of the Communist party bodies analyzes activities of the twenty-five-thousanders - the workers, who were sent to the Siberian region from industrial centers for conducting the forced collectivization. The author reveals positive and negative factors that affected these workers' adaptation to the new social functions and comes to conclusion that about one fourth of all mobilized workers could not manage their task.
