Abstract
The purpose of the paper is consideration of the latest tendencies in the dynamics of development of the youth subculture. The problem field is the growing influence of such phenomena as mass fashion and advertising promoting a certain life-style. The authors present some conclusions which allow them to make a forecast of the further development of modern youth subculture.
